Your Impact

As the Solutions Engineering Leader for WMG Americas Service Provider, you’ll coach, develop, and empower a high-performing crew of Solutions Engineers. Your crew will function trusted technical advisors to high manufacturers, enabling them to make use of Cisco’s AI-ready infrastructure, safety, and observability options to ship excellent experiences and drive digital transformation.

• Lead, mentor, and scale a nationwide crew of Solutions Engineers targeted on net, media, and gaming prospects.
• Guide the crew to ship enterprise outcomes by way of Cisco architectures, enabling elevated uptime, diminished MTTR, and enhanced operational effectivity.
• Ensure complete portfolio execution throughout information heart, networking, safety, observability, and AI/ML infrastructure.
• Support prospects in adopting digital resilience methods with Cisco Secure, XDR, SASE, and Splunk options.
• Engage with government management and engineering leaders, presenting Cisco’s worth to affect technical desire and strategic course.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or a associated technical subject (or equal expertise).
• 8+ years of expertise in technical gross sales, options engineering, or an identical customer-facing technical position.
• 3+ years main technical gross sales groups within the expertise or service supplier sector.
• Deep information of information heart, networking, safety, and/or cloud infrastructure options.
• Demonstrated expertise partaking with massive enterprise or service supplier prospects.
