A Farmington man was arrested Friday evening after allegedly threatening to explode the Finger Lakes Gaming Casino, in line with the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies recognized the suspect as 34-year-old Jose Luis Torres-Berrios, who reportedly made the risk following a verbal altercation on the on line casino bar on August 2 round 9:16 p.m.
Authorities stated the incident started when on line casino safety tried to take away Torres-Berrios from the bar space. In response, he allegedly said he would return to his residence, assemble a number of explosives, and use them to destroy the on line casino and hurt folks inside.
Deputies positioned and arrested Torres-Berrios on the scene. He was charged with making a terroristic risk and transported to the Ontario County Jail, the place he was held pending arraignment in CAP Court.
