Route 1 south is scheduled to be restricted to a single journey lane (certainly one of two lanes closed) within the neighborhood of the Centre Street overpass in Trenton, N.J. 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 5.

The journey restriction is required so Commission upkeep personnel can perform work between mileposts 0.5 and 0.4 on the Route 1 southbound in Trenton.

The roadway phase is a part of the Commission’s New Jersey strategy to the Trenton-Morrisville (Route 1) Toll Bridge.

Motorists are urged to cut back speeds and train warning when touring by energetic work areas.

The schedule journey restriction is topic to alter attributable to climate, emergencies, and different components.
