THE Deputy Minister for Higher and Tertiary Education, Innovation, Science and Technology Development, Simelisizwe Sibanda sourced laptops and units of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) devices for Esiphikeni Secondary School, in Bubi District, Matabeleland North province.
