MOFU Shoppe has introduced on Facebook they are going to shut their restaurant on Aug. 30 after eight years in downtown Raleigh.

MOFU Shoppe is positioned at 321 S. Blount St., within the City Market district. The restaurant got here from the group behind the Pho Nomenal Dumpling meals truck, which serves dumplings and pho.

“What started as a food truck grew into something so much more than we imagined,” the publish reads. “All due to the community around us & most importantly the folks we have had as part of our team. Everyone who has stepped into these walls has left a significant impact on what we have created. We were lifted by the hospitality industry that raised us and the misfits who made every night worth showing up for.”

WRAL News featured MOFU Shoppe in 2022, years after proprietor Sunny Lin and her buddy Sophia Woo launched the restaurant utilizing their winnings from a meals truck competitors.

MOFU Shoppe will proceed serving prospects till Aug. 30.
