Coach Cusson first joined the employees in 2021.  

He at the moment designs and implements the power and conditioning applications for Women’s Tennis, and Women’s Swim & Dive.

Prior to UConn, Kyle served as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Trinity College, overseeing all elements of coaching for Men’s and Women’s Track & Field, Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Men’s and Women’s Squash, and Women’s Crew.

Earlier in his profession, Coach Cusson served in roles reminiscent of licensed private coach, group health teacher, and power coach on the youth and highschool ranges.

A local of Springfield, MA, Kyle earned his Bachelor of Science diploma in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College. 

Coach Kyle at the moment resides in Ludlow, MA along with his fiancée Karina.
