The Quinte Arts Council (QAC), in partnership with the Bay of Quinte Regional Marketing Board, is proud to announce the winners of the 2025 Student Photography Contest — a vibrant and provoking showcase of the individuals, locations, and pure magnificence that outline the Bay of Quinte area.

Open to college students aged 7 to 18, the competition invited younger photographers to share what makes the area particular by way of their eyes.
