Have a good time Family Fun Day at WCAA

HONESDALE, PA — The Wayne County Arts Alliance (WCAA) will maintain a Family Fun Day at the side of the exhibition “Twenty-Six—Art of the Alphabet,” from midday to 4 p.m. on Saturday, August 16 on the gallery.

The gallery is situated at 959 Main St.

Children and their households can create multimedia collages impressed by their initials. 

Additionally, the day celebrates the fiftieth anniversary of the River Reporter, our prolonged group’s native impartial newspaper, by making a large-scale mural utilizing 50 years of again problems with the River Reporter.  

The rain date shall be Sunday, August 17 from midday to 4 p.m.

“Twenty-Six—Art of the Alphabet” is curated by Pauline Glykokokalos and Rocky Pinciotti. It highlights the work of 13 visible artists’ investigations into and round letter varieties, and is on view by Saturday, August 23.  Participating artists are Katee Boyle, Dale Emmart, Jeff George, Lindsay George, Pauline Glykokokalos, Sam Green, David Hayashida, William Landau, Todd Lantz, Kristin Nalesnik, Rocky Pinciotti, Paul Plumadore and Jessie Taylor.
