Volleyball Sweeps Lehigh in Season Opener

VESTAL, N.Y.- UConn volleyball kicked off their 2025 season with a win over Lehigh, defeating the Mountain Hawks in straight units 26-24, 25-21, 25-13 on Friday afternoon.

Anna Herman (Vincennes, In.) bought the Huskies on the board with the primary kill of the season. Lehigh went on an early run, however a balanced UConn assault aided by Emma Werkmeister (Victor, N.Y.), Grace Maria (Arlington, Va.) and Doga Kutlu (Ankara, Turkey) introduced the Huskies degree early within the set.
