City of Rochester celebrates native expertise with second annual ‘How We Roc’ images present

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The “How We Roc: Rochester Through Our Lenses” images present held a reception Friday evening to rejoice this 12 months’s 5 native artists.

The occasion showcased quite a lot of kinds, voices, and strategies, highlighting the distinctive views of Rochester’s photographers.
