Red Cross Skill Requirements

LEVEL 1 – Introduction to Water Skills

• Learn to drift on back and front, bob, roll within the water, and transfer two physique lengths

LEVEL 2 – Fundamental Aquatics

  • Requirement: youngster can swim frontcrawl, backcrawl, breaststroke for 25 yards, can swim butterfly for 15 yards

LEVEL 6 – Swimming Proficiency

• Learn methods to swim with ease and effectivity
  • Requirement: youngster can swim 50 yards of frontcrawl, backcrawl, breaststroke for 50 yards, can swim butterfly for 25 yards
