Swimming & Diving Reveals 2025-26 Schedule

STONY BROOK, N.Y. — The Stony Brook swimming and diving program has introduced its schedule for the 2025-26 season. With competitors set to start on October 4.

“I am excited to have our team back on campus this fall. We welcome a very talented freshman class this year with a ton of potential,” mentioned head coach Mark Anderson. “It has been great watching them integrate with the rest of the group so far. Over the next few weeks, we are excited to watch the team grow and progress in the pool and on the boards, leading up to our first meet on October 4th. We have three home meets this season with good competition, and we look forward to a great season ending down in Hampton in late February for Champs. Go Seawolves!”

This season’s schedule is headlined by eight twin meets and two championship occasions. It all kicks off on October 4 because the Seawolves will journey to Connecticut to tackle Sacred Heart, adopted by one other highway twin meet towards Central Connecticut State on October 18. Stony Brook will wrap up its October competitors when it takes on Bryant in New Jersey on October 25.

The Seawolves’ house opener will happen on November 15 towards visiting Siena, adopted by a visit to Nassau County for the 2025 ECAC championships on December 5-7 on the Eisenhower Aquatic Center. 

Stony Brook will then flip its consideration to 2026, because the Seawolves will open the 12 months with a house meet towards Monmouth on January 9. The following week, the Seawolves head again to Jersey for a twin meet towards Rider on January 17. Every week later, Stony Brook will ship as much as Boston, matching up towards Northeastern on January 24.

The common season will wrap up on January 31 at house towards Rhode Island, and can function the staff’s senior day. 

A bit of over three weeks later, the 2026 CAA Swimming and Diving Championships will happen from February 25-28 on the Hampton Aquaplex. Prior to the beginning of the season, the Seawolves will host an intrasquad meet on September 26.

For the 2025-26 season, Stony Brook welcomes again 12 returning student-athletes, together with Aili Talcott and Alanna DePinto, who each broke program information final season. The Seawolves may even welcome six newcomers in 2025-26.
