Have fun Greek heritage with dance, meals, and enjoyable in Salt Lake City

KUTV — The forty ninth Annual Salt Lake City Greek Festival is coming to downtown Salt Lake City from September 5–7, 2025, on the historic Holy Trinity Cathedral.

This beloved occasion brings the sights, sounds, and flavors of Greece to Utah, providing a weekend full of meals, music, dance, and cultural experiences for the entire household. Kari Hawker Diaz spoke to George Karahalios concerning the competition.

What to Expect:

• Authentic Greek Cuisine: Enjoy every little thing from savory gyros and souvlaki to candy treats like baklava and loukoumades.
• Live Performances: Dance troupes and stay music convey conventional Greek leisure to life.
• Cultural Exhibits: Explore the cathedral and its museum to find out about Greece’s wealthy historical past and traditions.
• Family Fun: Games and actions make this competition satisfying for teenagers of all ages.

• General Admission: $5
• Free Admission: Children beneath 5, seniors 65+, veterans, first responders, and college students with ID
• Festival Hours:
• Friday & Saturday: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
