Teenage lady in vital situation after canine assault in Hunter Valley

A teenage lady is in a vital situation after being attacked by a canine at a house within the New South Wales Hunter Valley.

Emergency companies have been referred to as to a house on Broughton Street at about 11:30am and located a 16-year-old lady struggling vital accidents to her head, neck and physique.

Police say she was handled by paramedics on the scene earlier than being flown to Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital.

Officer say passers-by pulled the canine off the lady whereas calling for assist.

Hunter Valley Police District officers destroyed the canine with the consent of the proprietor.

Police stated rangers from the council additionally attended the scene.

The 10-year-old canine, described as being massive and of combined breed, lived on the house.
