Canada’s Temple Lifestyle Brands acquires Rise Kombucha

Canada’s Temple Lifestyle Brands has expanded its practical beverage portfolio with the acquisition of native enterprise Rise Kombucha.

Financial phrases of the deal weren’t disclosed.

The buy was backed by “Québec-based impact investors” led by native funding fund Fondaction.

In a press release yesterday (3 September), Montreal-based Temple mentioned its help will assist the kombucha model “scale faster”, by “expanding its reach, bringing new innovations to market, and unlocking additional value for consumers and retail partners”.
