Henry Named Assistant Swimming and Diving Coach

HANOVER, N.H. – Milana Socha, the top coach of Dartmouth males’s and ladies’s swimming and diving, introduced the addition of Allison Henry as an assistant coach on Friday.

“Allison is a great addition to our coaching staff,” Socha mentioned. “She distinguished herself in the hiring process with her organization, passion for the sport and understanding of the operations of a collegiate team. We are excited to see her translate lessons learned as a student-athlete onto the deck as a coach, and know that she will be a great supporter and go-to person for our student-athletes.”

Henry was a multi-year letterwinner on the Virginia Tech girls’s swim crew, graduating in 2024 together with her Bachelor of Science in public well being. During her time with the Hokies, she was named to the 2022 All-Academic crew and acquired Scholar-Athlete honors in 2024. A Dean’s List honoree each semester, Henry a number of instances featured the best grade level common on the crew.
