Atomos launches the Shinobi 7 RX

Atomos will launch the Shinobi 7 RX at IBC 2025.

The super- brilliant 7-inch HDR monitor delivering 2200 nits of luminance is purpose-built for administrators, focus pullers, and dwell manufacturing professionals.

Building on the Shinobi II, the Shinobi 7 RX introduces new options, together with digicam management, touch-to-focus, and wi-fi video monitoring by way of the Atomos TX–RX ecosystem.

Shinobi 7 RX helps digicam management for Canon, Fujifilm, Nikon, Panasonic, Sony (by way of USB- C), and Z CAM E2 (by way of serial connection). Its responsive interface permits customers to regulate aperture, shutter velocity, and ISO with ease, guaranteeing precision management on set.

With built-in Wi-Fi, Shinobi 7 RX affords seamless pairing with Atomos TX gadgets or exterior RTSP H.264 streams, delivering low-latency (beneath 60ms) wi-fi monitoring as much as 300m.

It is “packed” with industry-leading monitoring instruments similar to EL Zone/ARRI false shade, waveform, histogram, zebra, focus peaking, and zoom.
