Woodland Camera Forum to host free presentation Sept. 15 – Day by day Democrat

The Woodland Camera Forum group of photographers will current a free and open-to-the-public program on Street Photography on Monday night, Sept. 15, at 7 p.m. on the Living Hope Church, 240 N. West St. in Woodland.

Photographer David Robertson will start his presentation with a definition of road images and examples created by well-known road photographers, equivalent to Henri Cartier-Bresson, Gary Winogrand, Saul Leiter, Robert Frank, Vivian Maier and Jay Maisel. Techniques and digital camera settings shall be mentioned, together with approaches to road images. The stability of the presentation shall be crammed with examples from his portfolio.

Robertson is a retired land use/environmental regulation legal professional residing in Davis.
