About the occasion:
Astronomy fanatics are set to have a good time INTERNATIONAL OBSERVE THE MOON NIGHT. All actions will happen on the Warren Rupp Observatory, 5127 Possum Run Road close to Bellville, Ohio. The free occasion will embody a presentation on the Moon at 7:30, adopted by kids’s actions and telescope viewing of the Moon starting at 8:30. A Certificate of Participation might be supplied to all these attending. All out of doors occasions are climate allowing.
International Observe the Moon Night is a worldwide public occasion that encourages commentary, appreciation and understanding of our Moon and its connection to house science, exploration, and human tradition. This annual occasion connects scientists, educators and lunar fanatics from around the globe.
International Observe the Moon Night is sponsored by NASA’s Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter mission and the Solar System Exploration Division at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center, with many contributors. Observe the Moon Night is made doable by the members of the Richland Astronomical Society a not-for-profit group.
