Garnet & Gold Meet to Open 2025-26 Season on Friday

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Florida State swimming and diving crew will host the annual Garnet & Gold Meet on Friday, September 19, at 3 p.m. ET on the Morcom Aquatics Center.

Admission will probably be free for all followers to the season-opening intersquad and to all the crew’s dwelling competitions in 2025-26.


“The Garnet & Gold meet is a great tradition to begin the year,” FSU head coach Neal Studd mentioned. “It’s competitive, it’s fun, and it’s a great way for fans to see our team in action early on. We’ve been training hard, and now we get to go out and have some fun with it.”

This spirited competitors will comply with the standard 16-event format, with the addition of the 100 particular person medley. Swimmers will compete in 100s and 200s of every stroke, in addition to the 50, 500 and 1000 freestyles and the 200 particular person medley.
