On September 17, 2025, West Shore RCMP printed a media launch relating to a sexual assault investigation.

The incident is alleged to have taken place on September 15, 2025, between 5:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., on the Eagle View Elementary situated at 97 Talcott Rd in View Royal.
