Yankees ace Fried makes successful enjoyable for supervisor Boone and NY teammates

“Fun,” Boone stated afterward. “I simply love watching him pitch. He’s such a superb athlete, and also you see the athleticism on the mound — the other ways he can get you out.”

“He’s had a number of pretty impressive games this year,” Boone stated. “This was really good, really efficient.”

“It’s a lot of fun,” Boone stated, “watching him when he’s in a rhythm like that.”
