Wanezek and Herring named to 2025-26 Big Ten Girls’s Watch List

MADISON, Wis. — Sophomore swimmer Maggie Wanezek and junior diver Julia Herring of the Wisconsin girls’s swim and dive crew have been named to the 2025-26 Big Ten Women’s Swimmers and Divers to Watch List, introduced by the convention Tuesday.

In her second season with the Badgers, Wanezek is trying to construct on a profitable freshman marketing campaign. Last season, Wanezek was named 2025 Freshman All-Big Ten, 2025 Second Team All-Big Ten and two-time Big Ten Freshman of the Week.
