Suzanne Palmlund is a third-generation fudge lover. Her grandmother’s specialty was peanut butter fudge. Her mom perfected darkish chocolate fudge. Now “over 80,” Palmlund is fashioning a fudge renaissance of her personal with Enjoy Fun Fudge. Available at her e-commerce site and at Chocolate Secrets, 3926 Oak Lawn Ave. in Dallas, the model affords over 14 sorts of handmade, small-batch peanut butter fudge and darkish chocolate fudge rendered as elegant truffles, and bonbons dipped in many different sorts of chocolate. “I’ve been a fan of chocolate decadence for as long as I can remember,” Palmlund stated in a press release.
