Key Responsibilities:

• Help develop and execute marketing campaign technique and artistic targets. Ensure that artistic output meets and exceeds consumer expectations.
• Solve each new and legacy consumer challenges from a strategic and tactical perspective. Come up with options! In many instances problem the consumer on new artistic concepts on their marketing campaign.
• Manage Associate Producers or Creative Coordinators. Create a constructive and productive work setting all through the corporate to construct cross departmental camaraderie, promote inclusion and foster mentoring.
• Maintain constructive, productive, {and professional} relationships with all inner and exterior shoppers.
• Work with Creative Directors, Designers, Social Leads and Community Managers to supply present clear suggestions and expectations.
• Review tasks and guarantee integrity of artistic and strategic positioning.
• Make last calls on artistic work in keeping with the consumer wants.
• Plan for and purchase appropriately expert venture sources to finish assigned duties and contribute to establishing a venture imaginative and prescient.
