Cross Nation Set for Paul Short Run at Lehigh

PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania males’s and ladies’s cross nation groups journey to Bethlehem, Pa. on Friday to compete on the Paul Short Run, hosted by Lehigh. The males’s gold race is scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m., adopted by the ladies’s gold at 11:45 a.m. 

Last Time Out

Sahil Dodda and Lily Murphy have been named the Ivy League Athletes of the Week after ending first on the Main Line Invitational. 

Penn males took first place general scoring 24 factors, girls completed second with 41 factors.

Quakers positioned eight males within the prime 15, with Dodda main the four-mile race with a time of 19:19.6. Kofi Fordjour crossed third clocking in at 19:37.6, adopted by Shane Murphy in fourth (19:38.7), Esfan Daya scoring seventh (19:45.9), and Vinay Ramen ninth at 19:55.3. 

Murphy made her season debut competing within the girls’s 5k crossing the end line at 16:48.6. Kyra Compton positioned third at 17:34.4, adopted by Courtney Kaiser in seventh (18:01.2) and Anna Weirich in thirteenth (18:35.8). Kiera Duffy rounded out the workforce’s rating inserting seventeenth at 18:47.6.
