Liberty Swimming & Diving Hosts ECU for Season Opener

The Liberty swimming & diving crew will start the 2025-26 season by internet hosting fellow American Conference member East Carolina, Friday and Saturday at Liberty Natatorium.

This weekend’s meet will likely be a two-day contest, starting at 5 p.m. on Friday. The two groups will start day two at 11 a.m., Saturday.

• In the 2025 American Conference Preseason Poll, Rice was voted first, adopted by Liberty in second. ECU was tied with Marshall for sixth within the preseason ballot.

• Liberty gained its seventh straight convention championship, claiming the 2025 Atlantic Sun Swimming & Diving Championships.
