Two newly found comets might be seen in October

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – Two comets are seen in October. All you want is a drive away from mild air pollution and binoculars or a telescope.

The comets that might be seen are the C/2025 R2 (SWAN), and C/2025 A6 (Lemmon). They each had been found in 2025.

To see the comet SWAN, face west and lookup 23 levels (as of October 1) within the sky after sundown.

Comet Lemmon might be seen near the Big Dipper via a lot of October. Look to the japanese sky simply earlier than dawn.
