Festival brings enjoyable to Morgantown’s Botanical Garden

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (WBOY) — Families gathered on the West Virginia Botanical Garden Sunday for the annual Fall Children’s Festival, an occasion celebrating the season with hands-on actions and outside enjoyable.
