Fredericksburg (Gillespie County) — Kimpton, a part of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ fast-growing luxurious and life-style portfolio, broadcasts plans with Houston-based DC Partners to develop the model’s fourth Texas location within the Hill Country.

Poised to open in 2027, Kimpton Fredericksburg will anchor the 22-acre mixed-use growth, The Meuse. Named after Fredericksburg’s founder, John O. Meusebach, the event is designed to seamlessly lengthen downtown’s attraction by combining native authenticity with luxurious hospitality, retail, and eating locations.

The 210-room luxurious life-style lodge, dropped at life by Dallas-based Merriman Anderson Architects and inside design studio Curioso, will complement the city’s inspiring environment and heat hospitality, offering a vibrant social hub crammed with expansive experiences for guests and locals alike.
