Fox to air seven video games from 2026 World Baseball Classic

Fox and its associated networks will televise subsequent 12 months’s World Baseball Classic, acquiring U.S. English and Spanish rights to the event.

Seven video games from the upcoming WBC, together with the title sport, can be aired on Fox, the community introduced Tuesday. In 2023, Fox broadcast the U.S. opener towards Britain, in addition to the championship sport between the U.S. and Japan on FS1 and Fox Deportes.

Among the seven video games Fox will air are three Pool B video games that embody the United States crew, together with two quarterfinals video games and the championship sport on March 17 from Miami’s loanDepot Park.

All different video games will air on FS1, FS2, the Fox Sports app, Fox One or Tubi. Fox Deportes will broadcast 28 video games as properly — all in Spanish — together with the quarterfinals, semifinals and championship.

Netflix beforehand introduced it will air WBC video games in Japan.

The sixth WBC will embody 20 groups competing in 4 first-round swimming pools in Tokyo; San Juan, Puerto Rico; Houston; and Miami beginning on March 4 and 5.
