The Summit League introduced the 2025-2026 males’s and ladies’s preseason ballot and gamers to look at  

After wrapping up the season opener towards Valparaiso this previous Friday, the Summit League has simply introduced its preseason ballot and gamers to look at for the upcoming 2025-2026 season marketing campaign.  

Men’s Swimming: On the lads’s facet, the Eastern Illinois Panthers have been tabbed to complete seventh place within the Summit League. 

Women’s Swimming: The Eastern Illinois girls’s swimming crew was chosen to complete seventh place within the Summit League as nicely.

Men’s Swimming Summit league Athlete to Watch:  

In addition to the preseason polls, the Summit League launched gamers to look at for the upcoming season. Nolan Wallace was named a Summit League Swimmer to Watch. Wallace After swimming in 4 meets and a few first-place finishes towards Valpo, Nolan Wallace returns for his junior marketing campaign. Wallace posted a season-bests time of 56.02 within the 100 Breast on the Summit League Championship, which ranked second on the EIU profession prime ten record. Last season, Wallace was named the summit League Scholar-Athlete of the Championships. In addition, he was a member of two record-setting relay groups within the 200 Medley Relay (1:30.240) and 400 Medley Relay (3:22.01), swimming the second leg on every relay crew.  

Women’s Swimming Summit League Player to Watch:  

The freshman, Sophia Buswell, was named a Summit League Athlete to Watch. In highschool, she helped lead her crew to the Central Valley Conference District Championship three years in a row. In addition, she holds the South Salem High School and Central Valley Conference district report within the 100 butterfly.  

EIU will probably be again in motion this Friday for the Alumni Meet.
