McAllen’s Halloween Festival Brings Frightful Fun Festivities to Westside Park, Oct. eleventh

The City of McAllen is thrilled to announce the McAllen Halloween Festival, offered by H-E-B, on Saturday, October 11, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at Westside Park (1000 S. Ware Rd.). This free, family-friendly occasion guarantees a night stuffed with thrills, enjoyable, and group celebration.

Festival Highlights Include:

• 5K Fright Night Run – A spooky-themed run for contributors in search of a festive problem.

• Kids 2K Fun Run – An age-appropriate race for youthful ghouls and goblins.

• Games & Activities – Free admission gives entry to video games and actions appropriate for all ages.

• Rides and Inflatables – Wristbands can be found for $5, with presales at McAllen Community Centers: Lark, Palmview, and Las Palmas.

• Food Trucks – A wide range of meals vehicles will provide scrumptious treats for all attendees.

• Halloween costume contest for all ages

For added comfort, a Park & Ride service can be accessible on the McAllen Convention Center Parking Lot.
