ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The RIT ladies’s swimming and diving workforce opens the 2025-26 season on Saturday (Oct. 11) with a house meet in opposition to RPI. Here are the six issues it’s worthwhile to know concerning the Tigers.

LAST SEASON
RIT earned third place on the Liberty League Championships final season with the 200 Medley relay workforce of Anna Peshenko, Rose LaDue, Lorelei Robinson, and Anna Beahan successful the occasion with a convention and program report time of 1:43.93.

NCAA QUALIFIERS
Sophomores Maddi Williams, Gwen Petrie, and McKenna Porter all competed within the 1 Meter and three Meter diving occasions on the NCAA Division III National Championships.  

Williams earned First Team All-American honors after putting eighth within the 3 Meter with a rating of 430.20 factors.

ACADEMIC SUCCESS
Five members of the RIT ladies’s swimming and diving workforce had been named College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-Americans.
 
Sophomore divers Gwen Petrie, McKenna Porter, and Maddi Williams had been First Team alternatives, as senior swimmer Anna Peshenko and sophomore swimmer Rose LaDue had been Second Team picks.
 
To qualify for First-Team Scholar All-America, student-athletes will need to have earned a GPA of three.5 or larger and took part of their nationwide championship. The Tigers welcome three newcomers to the 2025-26 roster with the addition of Taryn Hickey, Margaret Sokalzuk, and Laina Swartzwelder

2025-26 SCHEDULE
The Tigers open the season at house on Saturday (Oct. 11), internet hosting RPI. They’ll hit the highway the next week for a Friday evening matchup at Alfred (Oct. 18) earlier than heading to Chicago for the D3 Shootout (Nov. 7–8).

November continues with a tri-meet at Geneseo in opposition to the host Knights and Trinity (Texas), adopted by a house meet in opposition to Ithaca (Nov. 22). The fall portion of the schedule wraps up with the Don Richards Invitational on Dec. 5–6.

After winter break, RIT returns to motion with a highway meet at Hamilton (Jan. 10), then hosts Rochester the next week (Jan. 17). The Tigers will face Geneseo once more in a two-day house meet on Jan. 23–24, earlier than closing the common season at Hobart on Jan. 31.

Postseason competitors begins with the Liberty League Championships (Feb. 18–21) in Ithaca, adopted by NCAA Diving Regionals and the NCAA Division III National Championships (Mar. 18–21) in Evansville, Indiana.
