Three Wins For The Dawgs To Begin Regionals

BERKELEY, Calif. – Washington ladies’s tennis received all three matches on day considered one of ITA Northwest Regionals on Friday at Hellman Tennis Complex.

The duo of Zehra Suko and Waverly Potter opened the day with an 8-3 win over Santa Clara’s Juliette Krumholz and Madhumitha Satishbabu.

All eight dawgs have earned a spot within the singles primary draw as Potter received each of her qualifying matches. In her first match, she defeated Portland’s Kennedy Harris in straight units 6-4, 6-4. Against UC Davis’ Isabella Bringas she received in three units 6-2, 5-7, 6-1.
