M/W Swim Competes at St. Kate’s Pentathlon

ST. PAUL, Minn. — The males’s and girls’s swim and & dive groups competed on the St. Kate’s pentathlon this afternoon in St. Paul. 

Men’s Highlights

Jackson Ling took first within the 100 Butterfly with a time of 58.27, adopted by teammate Manny Poscher in second place with a time of 59.07. 

Gus Shaffer took first within the 100 Backstroke with a time of 1:02.28. Shaffer additionally took first within the 100 IM, clocking a time of 1:01.74, and within the 100 Breaststroke with a time of 1:12.43.

Poscher completed first within the 100 Free, clocking a time of 53:55. 

Women’s Highlights

The girls’s group competed towards 5 different groups, coming in 4th out of 6 whole groups with 911.5 factors. Concordia University, St. Paul received the occasion with a complete of 6514 factors. 

In the 100 Butterfly, Nicole Phillips completed fiftieth out of 68 whole swimmers with a time of 1:14:65 to steer the Pipers. 

In the 100 Back, Elisa Sorenson-Wagner had a top-15 end, inserting thirteenth within the pool of 77 swimmers with a time of 1:06.11. 

In the 100 IM, Phillips positioned forty fourth with a time of 1:12.62 on the end out of 69 swimmers and in positioned thirtieth out of 65 within the 100 Breaststroke with a time of 1:20.19.
