Males’s Swimming and Diving Begins Twin Meet Schedule at Gustavus Adolphus

The Luther males’s swimming and diving crew traveled to St. Peter, Minn., and Gustavus Adolphus College for the season opener for each groups. The six-time defending Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MAIC) champions, defeated the Norse 195-101.

Kevin Kretz and Samuel Schleicher led the Norse with two first place finishes every. Kretz was additionally edged out on the wall for a second place end within the 100 freestyle. Colin Halverson and Amir Womack went one-two respectively within the 1-meter and 3-meter diving occasions.

The Norse divers will compete subsequent on the UW-La Crosse Diving Invitational that shall be held on Saturday, Oct. 25, beginning at 11 a.m.

Luther will start its dwelling twin meet schedule on Saturday, Nov. 1 when it’s going to host Carleton College at 1 p.m.
