UPDATE: Yorktown Day Occasions Promise Revolutionary Enjoyable for All

UPDATE: In the wake of the federal authorities shutdown, the annual Yorktown Day Parade on Main Street and Patriotic Exercises, historically held on the Yorktown Victory Monument, administered by Colonial National Historical Park Yorktown Battlefield, have been cancelled. The Yorktown Day Association will maintain a personal ceremony on Oct. 19 honoring Yorktown Day on the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown. YORKTOWN — The Commemoration of Yorktown Day returns on Oct. 19 and can characteristic free actions and occasions for all ages.
