Golf Finishes Prime 5 at Georgetown Intercollegiate

WESTFIELD, N.J. — The Villanova males’s golf crew completed fifth total on the Georgetown Intercollegiate Tuesday. 

The Wildcats shot 297 (+13) Tuesday and shot 604 (+36) for the rain-shortened 36-hole event. 

Vibhav Alokam was VU’s prime finisher, coming in at eleventh after capturing 150 (+8) at Echo Lake. Alokam shot 74 (+3) within the second spherical with the spotlight of the spherical being an eagle at gap two.

Matt Zerfass completed seventeenth, capturing 151 (+9) within the event and 74 (+3) Tuesday. 

Ryan Pamer adopted for Villanova, capturing 153 (+11). Pamer had a strong second spherical, capturing 72 (+1) for a twenty ninth place end. 

Brockton English shot 154 (+12) and held a rating of 77 (+6)  in each rounds. 

Nathan Marion rounded out the Villanova lineup with a fortieth place end after capturing 156 (+14) complete and 79 (+8) Tuesday.

VU travels to Glen Cove, N.Y. to compete on the Nassau Intercollegiate hosted by Long Island on the Nassau Country Club.
