Six Patriots Journey to Blacksburg for the ITA Regionals

BLACKSBURG, Va. —  The George Mason University’s girls’s tennis staff travels to the campus of Virginia Tech to compete within the ITA Regional event.

Tournament Information

The Patriots will compete in singles and doubles event motion from Friday to Monday in opposition to student-athletes from 23 different groups within the area. The colleges competing are Delaware State, Georgetown, George Washington, Howard, James Madison, Liberty, Longwood, Loyola Maryland, Marshall, Maryland, Morgan State, Mount St. Mary’s, Navy, Norfolk State, Old Dominion, Richmond, Towson, VCU, Virginia, Virginia Tech, West Virginia, and William & Mary.

Junior Cenan Liu can be competing within the singles Main Draw beginning Friday morning. Sophomore Maya Bayat and Senior Maitree Diksha Rout are set to compete within the singles Qualifying Draw on Thursday morning. Liu is ready to pair up with Junior Mary Young to compete within the doubles Main Draw. Junior Brooklyn Siegel and Bayat, and Junior Talarek and Rout additionally pair as much as compete within the doubles Main Draw.
