Comedian Chris McCausland has stated the expertise of successful Strictly Come Dancing allowed him to be open sufficient about his feelings to write down his new autobiography.

Speaking on BBC One’s Saturday Kitchen, McCausland stated he had beforehand “presented the facade” he needed individuals to see till participating within the twenty second season of Strictly – which he described as “the most terrifying thing I’ve ever done”.
