Herrington, Simpson Inside Prime 15 After One Round at Fallen Oak Collegiate Invitational

BILOXI, Miss. – Tennessee males’s golfers Jackson Herrington and Lance Simpson are tied for fifteenth after 18 holes on the Fallen Oak Collegiate Invitational at Fallen Oak Golf Course. 

The duo led the Vols in spherical one with a pair of 2-under 70s. 

As a crew, UT shot 1-under and is in eighth place forward of transferring day. 

Freshman Luke Smith, who’s making his lineup debut for the Big Orange, is tied for twenty eighth after carding an even-par 72. Smith was 1-over on the flip after which went 1-under on the again 9 to safe the 72. 

Smith’s fellow freshman, Chase Kyes, is competing individually this weekend. Kyes posted a 1-over 73 on Saturday and is at present tied for forty second. 

Reed Lotter gave Tennessee its ultimate counting rating of the day after carding a 75 and the ultimate member of the UT lineup, Josh Hill, posted a 76.
