Bansagi Leads Males’s Swimming at OUAZ Meet

Goodyear, AZ- The males’s swim group opened the 2025-26 marketing campaign towards membership groups from Grand Canyon and Arizona State, in addition to the meets host, OUAZ.  
 
Sophomore switch Balazs Bansagi, racing for the primary time in a Firestorm uniform took first place within the 200 freestyle, second place within the 100 butterfly, and helped each relays to second place finishes.  Junior CJ Trettel aided the trigger by profitable the five hundred freestyle, and swimming injured, sophomore Isaiah Porritt completed fourth place within the 50 freestyle.

“Men’s team swim had some great swims and dropped times in many events. Balazs and CJ both winning races, and Isaiah managing to place 4th in the 50 free Swimming with only one arm! We know what we need to work on to get even faster.”

Friday and Saturday November 7^th and eight^th the group will compete towards Grand Canyon, Simon Frasier, and OUAZ at Brophy High School.  Competition begins at 4pm.
