Dahlgren of Ladies’s Swimming Named Landmark Conference Athlete of the Week

Graduate pupil Aviah Dahlgren of The University of Scranton ladies’s swimming & diving crew has been named Landmark Conference Athlete of the Week, as introduced by the convention workplace on Tuesday.

This marks the fourth Landmark Conference Athlete of the Week honor for Dahlgren, who beforehand earned the award on Jan. 23, 2024, Nov. 7, 2023, and Oct. 24, 2023.

Dahlgren led the Royals with a pair of dominant distance victories at Saturday’s tri-meet in opposition to Ithaca College and Hartwick College on the Kelsey Partridge Bird Natatorium in Ithaca, N.Y. The Baldwin, N.Y. native swept each the 1,000-yard freestyle (11:07.29) and the 500-yard freestyle (5:25.85) to headline Scranton’s high particular person performances.
