Randy Horner Appointed to NCAA Swimming & Diving Rules Subcommittee

MIAMI – FIU swimming and diving head coach Randy Horner has been appointed to the NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Swimming & Diving Rules Subcommittee, the NCAA introduced.
 
The subcommittee oversees the game’s enjoying guidelines and governance, together with the conduct of personnel, rule interpretations, and championship operations. Sport-specific committees like this one report back to higher-level administrative our bodies inside the NCAA.
 

Horner’s four-year time period started on Sept. 29, 2025, and can run by way of Aug. 31, 2029.
