WASHINGTON – Georgetown University’s girls’s rowing crew wrapped up competitors on Sunday morning on the Head of the Charles Regatta in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The Hoyas raced within the Club 4+, the Club 8+, and the Lightweight Women’s 8+.

“We are very happy with our showing at the Head of the Charles this weekend. Finishing in the top 3 has been a goal of ours for a few years so we are excited to see our team moving in the right direction. We now look forward to our next and final Fall race on November 1st at the Head of the Occoquan.” – Abbey Piaget Varsity Lightweight Coach

“The open women had an exciting weekend of racing in Boston led by strong rows and solid coxswain courses to result in two finishes that guarantee a return to HOCR in 2026.
