Cougs, Helm Amongst Top-10 By Two Rounds in Hawaii

LIHU’E, Kua’i (October 21, 2025) – Washington State freshman Kaitlyn Helm posted a second-round 75 to remain within the Top-10 of the 29^th Rainbow Wahine Invitational performed on the Ocean Course at Hokuala Tuesday.
 
Helm will enter Wednesday’s ultimate spherical tied for tenth at one-under. Sophomore Grace Rubelsky and senior Hannah Harrison led the Cougars with rounds of 74 as Harrison used 4 birdies to maneuver up 18 spots on the leaderboard. Rubelsky will enter Wednesday’s ultimate spherical tied for thirty ninth, sophomore Agnes Brink is tied for forty ninth, Harrison tied for seventy fifth and freshman Anya Cedo tied for 92nd.
 
The Cougars are tied for ninth with Kansas at 13 over, only one stroke behind Long Beach State, two behind Eastern Michigan, three behind San Diego State and 4 behind BYU.
 
The Course and Tournament Format
The event is performed on the Ocean Course at Hokuala.
 
The course performs as a par-72 at 6,039 yards.

Teams will play 18 holes Wednesday with a Noon (PT) shotgun begin.
