Girls’s Golf Improves In Round 2 of RWI Invitational

LĪHU’E, Kaua’i – The University of Hawai’i girls’s golf workforce improved 9 strokes from its opening spherical rating with a 7-over 295 Tuesday in Round 2 of the 28^th Rainbow Wahine Invitational on the Ocean Course at Hokuala.
 
The Rainbow Wahine moved up one spot to fifteen^th place with a 599 complete. Santa Clara leapfrogged Round 1 chief Baylor to steer the workforce standings at 571. Baylor is second at 574 adopted by Missouri (575), Nevada (582), and BYU (585).
 
UH is led by Jasmine Wong, who carded even par 72 and is tied for 21^st at 2-over 146. Maline Kraus and Chloe Ku every shot 73. Kraus is tied for 44^th at 5-over 149 whereas Ku is one stroke behind at 6-over 150. Emiko Sverduk posted her second straight 77 and is tied for 83^rd at 154 whereas Kaydence Kim is 109^th at 163.
 
Three different Rainbow Wahine are competing as people – Sofina Firouzi (76=151, t-58^th), Varnika S. Achanta (79=152, 69^th), and Wendy Song (WD).
 
Baylor’s Yurang Li and San Diego State’s Ema Narita proceed to share the lead at 5-under 139 after every shot even par on Tuesday. Baylor’s Silje Ohma can also be tied for the lead after a 2-under 70.
 
The third and ultimate spherical is scheduled for Tuesday with a 9:00 a.m., shotgun begin.
