Gymnastics Publicizes 2026 Schedule – College of Maryland Athletics

COLLEGE PARK, MD — Maryland Gymnastics head coach Brett Nelligan has introduced the 25-2026 schedule Wednesday afternoon. The schedule options 5 residence meets, seven convention matchups, and a slate of fierce non-conference competitors. 

“We’re excited to get the 2026 season started. This year’s team has an incredible mix of returning veterans and talented newcomers,” Nelligan mentioned. “Terp Nation won’t want to miss a single meet!”

The 2025 marketing campaign begins in December with the annual Red vs. Black Intrasquad meet at XFINITY Center. The Terps will open the brand new yr on January 9 by internet hosting a quad meet that includes George Washington, LIU and New Hampshire. Maryland will then return to XFINITY every week later to host its first convention opponent, Washington, on January 17.

The GymnasiumTerps will then hit the highway for 2 convention matchups, visiting Happy Valley to compete in opposition to Penn State on January 25 earlier than touring to face Illinois on February 1. Maryland will return residence for a meet in opposition to Rutgers on February 7, then head again on the highway to tackle Michigan State on February 15.

Maryland will end its residence Big Ten slate with a matchup in opposition to Nebraska on March 20 earlier than touring to Los Angeles to compete within the Big Ten Four meet, hosted by UCLA. The meet will air on FS1, with protection starting at 10 p.m. ET.

The Terps will open March by touring to Philadelphia to compete at Temple’s Quad on March 5, then return residence to host the Maryland Quad on March 7. Maryland will conclude its common season with two away meets, touring to the Towson Quad on March 13 earlier than ending at George Washington on March 15.

The Big Ten Championships will happen March 20–21, with time and placement to be introduced. NCAA Regionals are scheduled for April 1–5, adopted by the semifinals and finals April 16–18.
