GROVE CITY, Pa. — Three Grove City College swimmers earned Presidents’ Athletic Conference weekly honors Tuesday afternoon in recognition of their respective performances final Saturday on the Geneseo State Quad Meet in Webster, N.Y.

Grove City swept the ladies’s awards for the week. Sophomore Hadleigh McNay (Tucker, Ga./Tucker) received Swimmer of the Week whereas Newcomer of the Week honors went to freshman Mollie Massella (Slippery Rock, Pa./Slippery Rock).

Freshman George Witte (Columbia, S.C./Covenant Classical Christian) earned Newcomer of the Week in males’s swimming and diving.

McNay received the 100 breaststroke Saturday with a time of 1 minute, 9.86 seconds. She additionally positioned third within the 200 breaststroke (2:32.38) and helped the 200 medley relay end third with a time of 1:52.59. All thrice are the quickest within the convention to this point this season.

Massella received the 200 butterfly Saturday at Geneseo with a time of two:11.55. That time ranks ninth in program historical past.
